PastaNito is the Chipotle of fresh pasta. Choose your ingredients from a variety of veggies, proteins, sauces, and our housemade fresh pasta shapes and you've got yourself a restaurant quality meal at fast food speed.

PastaNito’s mission is to change the quick service industry by shifting the mindset that quality and speed aren’t mutually exclusive- you CAN have both with our proprietary fresh pasta that cooks in just minutes.

We've spent the last 10+ years perfecting our product, store model, and menu and we're ready to take it to the next level as we're now approved to franchise it in 29 states.

Next, we want to open 30 corporate stores in the next 3 years in key cities to build brand recognition in our target metropolitan areas.

  3. geographically accessible to our corporate team for close monitoring of operations & centrally located for franchisees

These stores require an investment of $500,000 per location and together we can get there.
